Answered Mediation (Prayers)
Mediation involves prayer.
Why are some of our prayers not answered?
A possible reason is stated here.
1 Pet. 1:14 As obedient children, not fashioning yourselves according to the former lusts in your ignorance:
A person living in sin should know that his sin is causing separation between God and himself. Sin causes death and death causes separation.
Let the flesh and its lusts go into death with which the mediator for God is to absolutely separate himself from. That is the separation a true praying person needs for God to hear his requests. Sin causes death and the priest is to be absolutely separated from those things for purposes of mediation for the people that he is praying for.
God loves to answer prayers from His saints; called out and separated from the world and its ways.
