Beauty
Prov. 11: 22 “As a jewel of gold in a swine's snout, so is a
fair woman which is without discretion.”
It is
the lot in life for some women to have a beautiful appearance being a precious
and glorious creation of God. But if her life is set in a character which lacks
that quality of understanding and influence that God bestows on her, because of
that beauty, she lives a life of extreme waste and one out of place, such as
putting a ring in a hog’s nose. And if the woman possessing it lacks God's perspectives,
her beauty becomes a peril to both herself and to all others attracted to and
by her beauty.
