SOME CAN’T (WON’T) FIGURE IT OUT

“Since the world began was it not heard that any man opened the eyes of one that was born blind.”  John 9:32

John here tells of a man born blind to whom Jesus gave perfect vision. The rulers of Israel refused to believe that the man brought before them could have had a past history of congenital blindness - until they consulted his parents. Their perplexity is understandable. As the healed man himself expressed it, "Since the beginning of time it has never been heard that anyone opened the eyes of a person born blind" (John 9:32). This man took these supposed Jewish scholars back to creation where God made the same display of His creative powers in a six day stretch.

But David spoke of this day when He would do these things in preparation for His Kingdom on this earth. Read Psalm 146 concerning His ability and strength spoken by David in this Psalm of Jesus power to take this man born blind and give him the appearance of a man born with sight. In a moment, Jesus created the appearance of a man born with normal eyesight. This was a superficial appearance of a history of health the man never possessed. This act truly manifested His glory (John 2:11).That is what He did at creation with Adam and Eve who appeared fully mature and able to bear children with a language taught to them the first seconds of their existence so they might have communion with Jesus in the cool of the day and receive insight and instruction as we do when we talk to our Lord each day and read His manual (the Bible).

Thank God His Kingdom will never end after He sets it up after great tribulation to teach some who forget Who He really is. It is troublesome that many will never figure Him out. But that trouble ends some day soon. Come quickly Lord Jesus!!!
